These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aurix website and streaming service (the “Service”), operated by Aurix. By requesting a trial, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service.
Aurix provides access to live television channels over the internet through a player app on your device. Channel availability may change over time.
New members can get one free 3-day trial per person. No payment card is needed. When the trial ends, access stops unless you choose a paid plan.
Plans are offered at $29.99 for 1 month, $149 for 6 months and $239 for 12 months. Additional screens cost $5 per screen per month. Each plan includes 1 screen. Payment is arranged with our support team after you contact us. To renew, contact support before your plan ends.
There is no contract. After you subscribe, you receive a confirmation email. You can cancel at any time by emailing our support team at aurix_support@aurixtv.com. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but streaming depends on many factors, including your internet connection and device. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let members know by email before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of your state of residence, to the extent required by law.
